Enterprise is one of the newer parts of the valley, so the doors out here are generally not old yet. When something goes wrong on a newer door it is more often a sensor knocked out of line, a worn roller or a remote that has stopped pairing than the door itself. If somebody has told you a five-year-old door needs replacing, get a second look.
The price comes first.
You have probably heard the stories. Somebody advertises a $39 spring, shows up, and an hour later the bill is nine hundred dollars. That is not how this works here.
We look at the door, we tell you what is wrong, and you get the price before any repair starts. If the price does not work for you, we pack up and leave.
And if we find something after the work starts that changes the job or the price, we stop, show you what changed, and get your okay before we do anything more.
