- Call. Tell us what the door is doing and where you are.
- Do not try to force it down. If a spring or cable has failed, that door is far heavier than it looks.
- Leave cars and belongings where they are if reaching them means going near or under the door.
- Do not force a door that is off track or has a broken cable. Leave it and wait for us.
If the door is stuck open and we are not there yet
Do not disconnect the opener or try to pull the door down by hand. If a spring or a cable has failed, that door is far heavier than it looks and it can come down hard. There is no way for us to know from here which one you have, so we are not going to guess in writing.
- Call us. Tell us what the door is doing and what you can see. We will not talk you through moving it — we will tell you what we can do and when.
- Send photos of the door, the track, and the bar above the door. It is the fastest way for us to know what you actually have.
The price comes first.
You have probably heard the stories. Somebody advertises a $39 spring, shows up, and an hour later the bill is nine hundred dollars. That is not how this works here.
We look at the door, we tell you what is wrong, and you get the price before any repair starts. If the price does not work for you, we pack up and leave.
And if we find something after the work starts that changes the job or the price, we stop, show you what changed, and get your okay before we do anything more.

Do you charge more at night?
After hours work carries a higher rate. Ask when you call and we will tell you the number before anyone gets in the truck.
Can you come tonight?
Call and ask. Some nights we can, some nights we cannot, and we will tell you which one it is rather than take the job and not show up.

Say exactly that when you call, so we are scheduling around the right problem.
