Summerlin doors are usually in decent shape and usually under an HOA. Two things follow. First, a door in decent shape usually needs a repair rather than a replacement — a spring, a set of rollers, an opener that has got loud. Second, if you are replacing, check whether your association has an approval process, because many here do. We will give you the written estimate and the door specification in a form you can submit, and we will wait for your approval before ordering anything.
The price comes first.
You have probably heard the stories. Somebody advertises a $39 spring, shows up, and an hour later the bill is nine hundred dollars. That is not how this works here.
We look at the door, we tell you what is wrong, and you get the price before any repair starts. If the price does not work for you, we pack up and leave.
And if we find something after the work starts that changes the job or the price, we stop, show you what changed, and get your okay before we do anything more.
